Howdo, chaps. I am Dug macleod, lead vocalist, and drummer with Manchesters premier classic rock outfit, M A C L E O D. We have been together a year, but have played in various bands together over the last twenty years. We cover everything from Thin Lizzy, to Dio, to Guns n roses, and are now covering Floyd (our guitarist Ian is on keyboards, too)

We gig up and down the North, and until a few days ago, I was just singing, but our drummer went awol, so instead of cancelling our gigs (not a good start to the year) I decided to play drums. It has worked out better than we could have imagined, as you don't see many bands with the drummer singing lead, and the money has increased, too!! LOL!!

Hopefully we may be up your neck of the woods this year.

Top one guys.Glad you could stick a few words on our little ol' forum.Were quite a mixed lot here with some old gits and young'uns too.

Were gonna have a big diary with all the gig dates on for all the bands on this forum as soon as I pull me finger out !!!

Nice one dug, glad to see you on the old skins again.. beware everybody this guy has a monster voice and is a killer on the drums, get yourself over here and give us some rocking
