nelly completes leeds 10k run

hi all,
yep i am still alive i think....
did the leeds jane tomlinson 10k run and finished it in first place
ok a lttle fib there fans but i did the race in 1hour and 15mins which for an old fat git like me i am well impressed...oh hang on the nurse had just brought me a high fibre drink and to tell me my op for badley swollen feet will be in the morning afew more porkies there..
thanks again to all whome sponsered me for cancer research i raised over 150 quid
hope to see you all at the vic on sat 30th june...
